The cooperation agreement between University of Melbourne and the Université Grenoble Alpes was signed by both parties in June 2015. This agreement marks the beginning of a partnership that both institutions hope will be rich and fruitful. Starting in 2015-2016, students will be able to apply for one or two exchange semesters in the partner university. Since the agreement involves all of the member institutions, students can elect to study in almost any discipline.

University of Melbourne is ranked number 1 in the ranking of the top Australian universities and number 33 in the ranking of the top universities in the world, according to the Times Higher Education World University Rankings 2014-2015.

The city of Melbourne is one of the world’s most liveable cities, coming first in the Economist Intelligence Unit’s ranking from 2011 to 2015! Australians and international students appreciate its climate, safety, cosmopolitan nature, and openness.
